Google has introduced new weekly and monthly views to the performance reports in Google Search Console. In addition to the existing 24-hour view, you can now review data over longer timeframes with more detailed breakdowns and analysis options.
How it appears. Below are photos I captured during the announcement at the Google Search Central event held this morning in Zurich:



Why it matters. While this is a relatively minor enhancement, it gives SEOs, publishers and site owners access to more detailed performance insights. These new views can make it easier to pinpoint what caused shifts in your metrics during a particular month, week or even a specific day.
